10 years background in Sales & Customer Experience Transformation for large companies operating in B2B Environment in Heavy Industries (specific industry experience with HeidelbergCement and LafargeHolcim). Julia specialises in customer centric market strategy, sales performance improvement, reorganisation, end-to-end process design & multichannel sales.

Along extensive experience in consulting software industry, Jelena has more than 10 years of experience partnering with start – ups and creating software solutions in multiple industries e.g. Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Construction etc. Jelena is also a board member and partner in software development companies with large partner network when it comes to scaling, market opportunities and product development. 

Zoran Radmilovic 

Lead Software Developer

With 15 years in Software Development, Zoran is solution architect and a key person in the development of high – scale software solutions. Zoran is also chief technology officer and a co – founder in software development company based in Austria where he is also pursuing Ph.D. in electrical engineering.

Zoran’s is also an author of multiple publications regarding cloud solutions in automotive software industry.

Over the past 20 years, Karl has developed and managed web and mobile software products for the Building Materials Industry. While implementing those solution for various clients he developed a unique knowledge of process related matters.
His projects help clients to save costs, modernise processes and improve customer experience simultaneously.
Karl is also a Founder of Truckast, logistics collaboration and order management software for RMX players – Truckast.
David Hale​​
Commercial process consultant
David is an established commercial financial professional with international experience in heavy building materials, IT services, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical industries. David has a proven track record in developing and implementing commercial strategies and reporting, frameworks and processes (domestically and globally) across the corporate/SME/ and consumer markets.

He is a strong relationship builder who is tenacious in delivering cross-functional requirements and decentralised task ownership. He is passionate about applying strong Financial Controls.
David has demonstrated success in Financial Reporting, Budget and Forecasting Ownership, Risk Identification and Mitigation; Pricing and Contract Strategy Development & Implementation; Sales Incentive & Commission Scheme Development; Commercial Bid Development; Operational Cost Reduction; Logistics Strategy and Operations Management; and Financial Control. David’s career spans the UK Pharmaceutical trade association (ABPI), BT, Cable and Wireless Global Markets, Hanson Plc and NCC Group. David graduated with a Distinction Award from the prestigious Warwick Business School MBA Programme.
